Meet Dr. Bridget Faucher

Dr. Bridget Faucher has been helping people move, heal, and feel better for over 22 years. With an extensive background in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Injury Prevention, Manual Therapy, and Fitness, she brings both skill and compassion to every session. She’s a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and has advanced training in treating TMJ disorders, tinnitus (ear ringing), headaches, migraines, and complex spine conditions.

Her work also focuses on lumbopelvic and sacroiliac issues, post-surgical rehab, breast cancer recovery, and supporting active individuals, including runners, dancers, and pre/postpartum patients.  

Dr. Faucher is certified in Dry Needling (DN-1 & DN-2) and is a Reiki Master Practitioner. She blends evidence-based physical therapy with energy work to support both the body and the mind. She understands how pain can affect every part of your life, and is passionate about helping her patients heal fully, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically as well.

She offers personal training and strength programs for those with past injuries, medical conditions, or athletic goals, creating safe and effective plans tailored to each person.

With advanced training in Pilates, core stabilization, and injury-specific strength work, she often blends these techniques into her sessions. She’s especially passionate about injury prevention and enjoys working with young athletes to help them stay healthy and perform at their best.

Bridget earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Simmons University in 2004 and her advanced Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) in 2008 and again in 2018.

Dr. Faucher is no stranger to the demands of sports and recovery. As a former high school, college, and adult athlete, she knows what it takes to bounce back after an injury and return to doing what you love.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, cheering them on at their games and activities. She loves staying active herself with weight training, Barre, Pilates, yoga, spinning, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. She also has a passion for travel and loves exploring new places with her family.

Dr. Faucher understands how important it is to care for her own body, mind, and spirit so she can show up fully in every role, as a practitioner, trainer, business owner, wife, mom, friend, sister, aunt, and instructor.
